Parc Francis fronts the historic Hamilton Park neighborhood of Jersey City. The condominium tower features 45 apartments overlooking the park. The developer brought in Agencie to design the condo’s public spaces. We created a cohesive interior language for the building. One key aspect of Agencie’s design solution is to link the interior spaces to the park by incorporating landscape elements and strategically placed windows.
In addition to lobby design, Silverman Properties brought in Agencie to design the courtyard lounge, hallway galleries, and other common amenity rooms throughout the building. Our approach relies on modern elegance and clean lines, employing a rich material palette. Through unique and inventive detailing, it’s neutral enough to appeal to Jersey City’s diverse residents with different tastes.
The millwork design pulls in, giving the illusion of organic movement. The common room, as designed, is a gathering space for art, music, wellness, work and family celebrations.
