We’re thrilled that SILVERMAN has hired Agencie to undertake Lobby Design for their new ground-up development on Hamilton Park in Jersey City. Hamilton Square South is a rental building with various apartment types. There will be on-site parking, with the first story dedicated to retail use. The building sits directly on Hamilton Park, one of the most beautiful parks in Jersey City.

Agencie also designs the Courtyard Lounge, the Hallway Galleries, and other Common Amenity rooms throughout the establishment, in addition to Lobby Design. The exterior massing for the building, as demonstrated in the rendering above produced by Avoid Obvious, integrates neatly into the historic fabric of the Hamilton Park neighborhood.
