AGENCIE is a technically-driven, solutions-focused architecture & engineering practice based in New York City. We’re a unique mix of Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Management experts in one office. Established in 2007, over the past 12 years we’ve designed, engineered and built over 300 projects totaling in excess of $500 million in construction value in New York and North America.
We hold expertise across a range of building categories: We’ve worked in historic buildings, on ground-up projects, in ex-urban and rural settings. We have dealt with many different construction types, and feel at home whether its timber, concrete, or steel construction. Our most notable project, Urban Umbrella, won the Department of Buildings competition for the redesign of sidewalk sheds.
We’ve worked extensively with private clients, commercial enterprises, and institutional organizations. We enjoy working with the many stakeholders whose specific passions about a project are integral to the design solution. We leverage your project’s unique opportunities to obtain the best, most valuable result.
